About Us
Sheerr Elegance Entertainment Academy of the Arts After-School Program is a mentorship initiative designed for at-risk youth. Our primary objective is to inspire young individuals through the transformative power of music. At Sheerr Elegance, we strive to establish a secure after-school setting where young adults can find refuge and an alternative to the dangers of street gangs, violence, drugs, incarceration, and mortality.
Our main goal is to motivate young people through the life-changing influence of music.
At Sheerr Elegance, we aim to create a safe after-school environment where teenagers can seek solace and an alternative to the risks associated with street gangs, violence, drugs, imprisonment, and premature death.

Connection
We believe that forging a connection between the mentor and mentee is crucial for establishing a positive relationship.

Communication is the backbone of our program, and honesty is crucial in articulating and sharing our experiences and past mistakes.
Collaboration
Collaboration is integral to mentoring, and we promote brainstorming, devising strategies, exchanging ideas, and working together to tackle challenges.
